At Mai Pups, we are committed to providing happy, healthy, and well-cared-for puppies. We ensure that all our puppies receive proper veterinary care, vaccinations, and socialization before they go to their new homes.

1. Health & Vaccination Guarantee

• All our puppies are fully vaccinated and have received the necessary deworming treatments.
• Each puppy undergoes a comprehensive veterinary health check before being placed for adoption.
• We provide official health records, including vaccination and deworming details, with every puppy.

2. 7-Day General Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious health issue within 7 days of receiving your puppy, you may:

• Return the puppy for a full refund OR
• Exchange the puppy for another one (subject to availability).

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of purchase.
• A written report from the veterinarian must be provided to confirm the health issue.
• The puppy must not have been exposed to harmful environments, negligence, or improper care.

3. 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee against life-threatening congenital diseases. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a genetic disorder that severely impacts the puppy’s health, we offer:

• A replacement puppy of equal value OR
• A partial refund, at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Minor health conditions (e.g., minor respiratory infections, parasites, or temporary digestive issues).
• Illnesses caused by improper care, accidents, neglect, or exposure to infectious diseases after adoption.
• Conditions that are common in certain breeds (e.g., mild allergies, hernias, or non-life-threatening conditions).

4. Buyer’s Responsibility

To maintain this health guarantee, you must:

• Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of purchase.
• Keep your puppy up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and preventive care.
• Provide a safe, clean, and healthy living environment with proper nutrition.

5. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, allergies, landlord restrictions, or other non-health-related reasons. Please make sure you are fully prepared for pet ownership before purchasing a puppy.
