1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer local delivery within the UAE and international shipping to the following countries:

• Oman
• Qatar
• Saudi Arabia

We do not ship to other international locations at this time.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Local UAE delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
• International shipping (Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to factors such as public holidays, courier delays, and customs processing.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes for international shipments.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status.

5. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs duties, customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
• Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude shipping fees.

6. Delays & Liability

• Mai Pups is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us for assistance.
